| Romefeller Foundation
European aristocrats came together many years ago to create the industrial combine known as the Romefeller Foundation. They backed the Alliance and funded it's forces, as well as OZ's, and it was them who began production of mobile suits for military use in AC 176. Their main goal, however, is to gain control of the entire earth.

| Organization of the Zodiac (OZ)
The leader of OZ is Treize Khushrenada, and OZ is the youth movement of the Romefeller Foundation. OZ takes over the Earth, and finally takes center stage and also goes to the colonies telling them that they'll liberate them from the Alliance's tyranny.
